Professional Properties have been involved in the property market in Derby and Burton on Trent for many years. Indeed, Professional Properties are one of the largest letting agents in the area serving a large portfolio of landlords.

Many of our current portfolio of landlords have often asked why we haven’t offered a property sales service in the past and the answer was always that we wanted to concentrate on building a successful lettings business which would provide a solid foundation for expansion. We now feel that we are at that point and that the time is right, both in our own business and in the current property market, to make the move into residential sales.
The process of buying or selling a property is, essentially, simple and straightforward. However, it can also be a stressful time thus making the process seem very complicated.
